2RW presents at USGBC Greater Virginia’s LEED v4 workshop

As a part of a panel of Virginia sustainability leaders and LEED practitioners, 2RW presented at an intensive workshop hosted by USGBC Greater Virginia on February 22. This day-long session provided in-depth analysis on the intent, prerequisites, and requirements of LEED v4 BD+C and was eligible for six GBCI and six AIA credits.

Virginia continues to make significant strides in sustainable building design, construction, and transformation. With 155 new LEED-certified projects in 2016, Virginia ranks eighth in the top 10 states in LEED-certified green building space per capita. We are looking forward to being a part of this continued success and hope that the content presented at the workshop provided greater insight into LEED v4 and inspired attendees to seek innovative solutions that improve our environment and communities. Let’s keep Virginia in the top 10 for 2017!
