Alumnae Hall, built in 1922, houses the University president’s office. A 2017 renovation modernization the building and systems, brought the building up to code to meet accessibly standards, and provided additional meeting space.

2RW provided MEP engineering for this project, which included:

  • Relocation of MEP systems in the lower level and replacement of MEP systems on the main and upper levels of the building
  • Renovation and expansion of administrative offices and a conference room
  • Addition of a restroom
  • Addition of a machine room-less (MRL) elevator
