Highlights
  • The fire suppression gas extinguishes fire in 10 seconds or less and eliminates water damage that can be caused by traditional sprinkler systems.
  • The 1960s structure was designed from precast concrete with limited space for MEP systems. Innovative design enabled the systems to fit within the available space and allow access for maintenance.
